Elegant four-year old gelding by „Zack“ – „Donnerball“ – „Quattro“ with high potential for the future!
Zyriak descends from Blue Horse Zack, a stallion of exceptional quality. This horse has proved himself by many top placings in Grand Prix (even at the international level) and by more than 35 licensed sons, such as Sezuan, Zonik, Zoom and Zackerey. He is also the sire of two KWPN champion mares in Denmark.
Zyriak is a gelding out of the premium mare “Pelusia” who already produced the premium mare “Passionata“ by “Zonik”. Her sire “Donnerball” competed successful at the Grand Prix level and convinced with a second place at the National Championship in 2004 and the second place at the World Championship for Youngsters in 2005. Donnerball also stems from our breeding line.
Pelusia’s damline goes back to one of our main mares: “Premonia” - presenting many successful sport horses, such as “Don Pedro” (by “Donnerschwee”) or “Don Gregory” (by “Donnerhall”) who are placed to the advanced level, and “Patricia” (by “Donnerschwee”) with many victories at German M level.
Zyriak is a long-legged, friendly and affectionate horse who already succeeded with a second place at a test for young horses (7,8). Walk and canter were graded with a score of 8,0. Considering his wonderful movements and rideability, this youthful gelding shows a lot of potential for the future.
X-rays look perfect. He is used to the farrier and getting on a trailer.
Currently, he is trained by Benjamin Mitter, near to Vechta.
